ZOW 2008 nearly sold out: and other news about the ZOW supplier show
Six months before ZOW 2008 gets under way, the show which will be held next year on February 25th - 28th is virtually sold out. More than 85% of the space in Halls 19-23 at the Bad Salzuflen Exhibition Center has now been booked. Hall 19 featuring “Functional Fittings” was already fully booked in the summer. We have a similar situation in Halls 22 and 23, which are traditionally popular with décor printers and companies supplying finishes.
The new shuttle system and 1,500 new parking spaces in parking lot P2 directly adjacent to the B 239 highway (250 spaces are reserved for exhibitors) significantly improve the vehicle access and parking situation at ZOW 2007. The system will be retained on a 1:1 basis in 2008. Survey used large buses with space for up to 70 persons as parking shuttles for the first time in 2007. The buses have dedicated access to Hall 21 to ensure that things run smoothly. Exhibitors and visitors can look forward to a relaxing show experience in Bad Salzuflen next year.
By consolidating the Architecture Lounge, E3S European Solid Surface Show and M Technology Award exhibition in close proximity to each other at ZOW 2008, Survey has created a concentrated area especially attracting architects and trade visitors. Because E3S is focused on the commercial sector, placement of the exhibition next to the Architect’s Lounge is ideal, because the target group for E3S exhibitors will be located right next door. In parallel, the M Technology Award exhibition will provide an overview of the top innovative products of the sector. The competition is open to exhibitors and non-exhibitors.
Survey will actively support ZOW exhibitors if potential cases of product piracy are identified. In the run-up to the show, exhibitors will be notified about the European law and jurisdiction concerning intellectual property. If however any such suspicions are discovered at the event in February 2008, on first hand Survey will offer to act as an intermediator between the parties involved. Should patent lawyers be needed ZOW will be well prepared also. After all, excellent service is a ZOW trademark.
