Taxi transfer from Hanover airport
A taxi shuttle is available for the transfer from Hanover Airport to ZOW at a fixed rate of € 85. Vehicles can carry up to eight people, the rate applies to all passengers as a group. The same applies for trips in the reverse direction.

Beware of approaches by Expo Guide!
CLARION SURVEY does NOT cooperate with Expo Guide
We have been receiving repeated inquiries by ZOW exhibitors as to whether a third-party company is licensed to offer updates of entries in the so-called Expo Guide exhibitor directory. CLARION SURVEY GmbH, the organiser of the ZOW fair, would like to make it very clear that it is in no way affiliated with the “Expo Guide” and has no connection whatsoever with third-party companies offering services related to the Expo Guide.
CLARION SURVEY will always notify its exhibitors of entries in the official exhibitor directories of the aforementioned trade fairs. This information on our part also extends to selected service providers commissioned by CLARION SURVEY to create exhibitor directories. If in doubt, please contact our project leaders. In regard to this matter we would like to draw your attention to a publication by AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry):
Expensive directory entry
The Mexico-based company “Expo Guide S de RL de CV“ is once again aggressively attempting to sell entries into their online guide to exhibitors. Those entries will incur substantial costs.
AUMA points out that currently Mexico-based “Expo Guide S de RL de CV“ is extensively approaching trade fair exhibitors to encourage them to buy listings in its proprietary online exhibitor directory, Expo Guide. In the small print of the registration form there is a clause tying the exhibitor to the company for the duration of three years at an annual cost of €1.181.
A presence in the official media (exhibitor directories, catalogue entries) only tends to be guaranteed by the organisers of fairs who contact their exhibitors either directly or via trusted third parties.
